Welcome to Connetquot High School's Hall of Honor Webpage.

As a school community we are very proud of our alumni who have served or continue to serve in the United HallofHonor 2States Military.

The "Hall of Honor" pays tribute to all former graduates who have or currently serve in any branch of the United States Military.  All qualified individuals should follow submission directions listed below:

1. Download and complete the pdf submission form here. (Updated 4/30/2025)
2. Mail the submission form including an 8 x 10 picture to the following address:

   Attn: Hall of Honor

Additional Information:

• Submissions are accepted year round
• The "Hall of Honor" will be updated twice annually.
• Hard copies of the submission form are available in the High School Main Office.
