Dear Seniors,

The date for our Senior Trip to Woodloch Pines is really not that far off (January 11, 2026 through January 13, 2026), and we have some important information and action items for you.

Action Required: Waivers for Archery and Laser Tag

Woodloch Pines has added two exciting activities for our group: Laser Tag and Archery Tag!

To participate in these activities, a waiver is required for each. Please click on the following links to access the forms:

Please print, complete, and return both signed forms to Mr. Piscitelli in room 245 as soon as possible.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Important Trip Information

Extra Spending Money:
Snacks and water will be provided, but students may want to bring extra money for items such as souvenirs, Starbucks coffee, and other sodas/snacks available for purchase.

Day Bag for Arrival:
Please pack a small day bag with any items you may need immediately upon arrival (e.g., swimsuit, change of clothes, toiletries). You will not have access to your main luggage until the rooms are ready and your bags have been delivered.

  • If you plan on swimming, pack your swimsuit in your day bag.
  • If you plan on going tubing, please be sure to bring appropriate snow gear.

Woodloch Pines App:
You may want to download the official Woodloch Pines app to your phone. It has lots of information about the resort. We will have hard copies of the daily itinerary sheets on our tables every morning at breakfast, but the itinerary for Monday and Tuesday will also be available on the app.

We will have more detailed information to follow as we get closer to our departure date.

We look forward to a great CLASS OF 2026 SENIOR TRIP!
